市場上中空玻璃生產線大致分為18米、22米、25米、27米幾個檔位。如果您的客戶主要是門窗工程，22米以下的生產線完全夠用，尺寸匹配且性價比高。但如果以幕墻工程為主，建議選22米以上，否則超大規格幕墻玻璃根本放不進去，眼睜睜看著訂單流失。

The production lines for insulated glass in the market are roughly divided into several levels: 18 meters, 22 meters, 25 meters, and 27 meters. If your client is mainly engaged in door and window engineering, a production line below 22 meters is fully sufficient, with size matching and high cost-effectiveness. But if the main focus is on curtain wall engineering, it is necessary to choose a height of 22 meters or more, otherwise the oversized curtain wall glass cannot fit in at all, and we will watch the loss of orders.

合片方式：三種類型，各有所長。

這是選型中非常容易被忽視的細節。中空玻璃生產線按合片類型分為外合片、內合片、內外合片三種。

This is the most easily overlooked detail in the selection process. Hollow glass production lines are divided into three types according to the type of lamination: outer lamination, inner lamination, and inner outer lamination.

外合片：優點是可以內置隔條和內頁百葉窗的中空玻璃，適合做百葉中空等特種產品。

External panel: The advantage is that it can accommodate insulated glass with built-in partition strips and inner louvers, making it suitable for making special products such as louver hollows.

內合片：合片性能穩定、定位準確，可以加工大小片中空玻璃（外合片做不到），造價相對較低，經濟適用，適合剛起步的廠家。

Internal lamination: The lamination performance is stable and the positioning is accurate. It can process large and small pieces of insulating glass (which cannot be achieved by external lamination), with relatively low cost and economic applicability, suitable for manufacturers who are just starting out.

內外合片：兼具兩者優點，適合做明顯形式的中空玻璃。如果資金充裕，一步到位選這個類型，后期不用為換工藝發愁。

Internal and external composite: Combining the advantages of both, suitable for making any form of insulating glass. If you have sufficient funds, choose this type in one go, and you don't have to worry about changing the process later.

立式還是臥式？效率差距肉眼可見。

Vertical or horizontal? The efficiency gap is visible to the naked eye.

立式中空玻璃生產線日班產可達1000片左右，而臥式線效率比立式低約50%，且占用人力更多，已基本屬于淘汰機型。除非有特殊工藝需求，否則直接鎖定立式。

The daily production of vertical insulated glass production line can reach about 1000 pieces, while the efficiency of horizontal line is about 50% lower than that of vertical line, and it occupies more manpower, which has basically become an obsolete model. Unless there are special process requirements, directly lock the vertical position.

非常后一句忠告： 有些工藝確實可以暫用人工替代以節省初期投入。但要想做出合格的中空玻璃，一條立式中空玻璃生產線和一臺丁基膠涂布機是“非常低配置”，缺一不可。高質量的中空玻璃沒有性能優越的設備支撐，就是一句空話。

One last piece of advice: Some processes can indeed be temporarily replaced by manual labor to save initial investment. But in order to produce qualified insulated glass, a vertical insulated glass production line and a butyl rubber coating machine are the "minimum configurations" that are indispensable. High quality insulated glass without superior equipment support is just empty talk.
