1、傳動維護：各傳送輥軸承、毛刷輥軸承、傳送軸承、鏈輪、齒輪定期加注鈣基潤滑脂；微型擺線針輪減速機每半年加鈣基潤滑脂一次；無級調速器每半年換Ub—l或Ub—3型潤滑油一次，且在運轉過程中應時常檢查其油位，保持油位在滑標中心線以上；

Transmission maintenance: Regularly add calcium based lubricating grease to the bearings of each conveyor roller, brush roller, conveyor bearing, sprocket, and gear; Add calcium based grease to the micro cycloidal pinwheel reducer every six months; The continuously variable speed controller should change Ub-l or Ub-3 lubricating oil every six months, and the oil level should be checked regularly during operation to maintain it above the centerline of the sliding mark;

2、水路維護：水箱內循環水應每天更換，水箱每周清洗一次，經常檢查噴水嘴噴水情況，若發現堵塞應及時清理。

2. Waterway maintenance: The circulating water in the water tank should be replaced daily, the water tank should be cleaned once a week, and the water spray nozzle should be checked regularly. If any blockage is found, it should be cleaned in a timely manner.

3、風路維護：定期檢查風機運行情況，如有異常聲音應立即停機檢查，定期清洗風機過濾柵，減小引風阻力，提高風干后玻璃表面潔凈度。

3. Wind path maintenance: Regularly check the operation of the fan. If there is any abnormal sound, immediately stop the machine for inspection. Regularly clean the fan filter grille to reduce the induced draft resistance and improve the cleanliness of the glass surface after air drying.
